Alex + Jake’s celebration took place at Harborside East, a beautiful waterside venue next to the Ravenel Bridge in Mt. Pleasant. Their wedding was full of fun and preppy details complete with cornflower blue and white patterned table runners. This southern wedding has adorable written all over it! Not to mention, the bride and her dress were absolutely flawless!
The cutest ring bearers were pulled down the aisle in a Red Rider wagon, sporting their “Here Comes the Bride!” sign. Alex floated down the stairs and aisle with her dad by her side. The bride + groom said their vows in front of a beautiful, wooden cross handmade by a family friend and adorned with gorgeous flowers by Wild Flowers.
Guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the terrace at Harborside East with the picturesque backdrop of the Ravenel bridge and Cooper River behind them. As they were seated for dinner the sun started to set and created the most gorgeous setting.
Guests lined up for the pom-pom exit – yes, we said pom-pom exit! The couple’s exit was USC themed; the USC fight song and USC pom poms shaking overhead as Alex + Jake exited. What a fun way to end the night!
