Meet Francesca
Francesca is the founder and creative driving force behind Pure Luxe Bride, a luxury wedding planning and design company known for refined celebrations rooted in thoughtful guest experience. Raised in the world of hospitality, she developed an early appreciation for service, atmosphere, and creating experiences that feel meaningful.
She holds a degree in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, and her eye for detail, client-first mindset, and efficient approach have positioned Pure Luxe Bride among the Southeast’s most respected planning and design firms. Known for keeping the process real, transparent, and genuinely fun, Francesca is a trusted advocate for her clients from start to finish.
Today, Francesca brings her refined, client-centered creative approach and focused management style to immersive, deeply personal weddings and events. She works between Charleston, SC and Nashville, TN, maintaining offices in both cities and drawing constant inspiration from being immersed in the culture, creativity, and hospitality.

Ady brings a thoughtful, logistics-driven approach to every wedding and event she supports. While earning her degree in Event Management from the University of Central Florida, she laid the groundwork for a career centered on weddings and event production.
With hands-on experience running a wedding venue in Florida, Ady offers a unique perspective shaped by both the venue and planning sides of the business. Known for her calm, composed demeanor and strategic attention to detail, she is often ten steps ahead anticipating needs, managing timelines, and ensuring every element is thoughtfully executed.
Ady plays a key role in delivering the elevated, well-executed experiences Pure Luxe Bride is known for, bringing precision, professionalism, and steady confidence to each celebration.

From a very early age, Francesca learned the meaning of hospitality from her paternal grandparents, Vincent and Mariannina DiSalvo. Outside of their bustling pasta business in small town Williamsport, PA, they could often be found hosting large gatherings in their home for family and friends alike.
Entertaining has always been a huge part of family life for the DiSalvos and something that holds true to this day in the lives of the PLB team.
While crafting PLB’s visual identity, it felt fitting to include a meaningful symbol that nods to the significance of family, traditions, and heritage. The earrings you see here were purchased by Francesca's grandparents in Florence, Italy, during one of their many trips home. Now, their design adds an elevated yet personal touch to our online home.
