Magnolia Plantation Carriage House Wedding: Stacey + David

David + Stacey's Magnolia Plantation Carriage House wedding was the perfect venue to say "I do".  After getting ready, the couple met downtown for their 'first look' outside the Dock Street Theatre, which was beautifully captured by Dana Cubbage. The Theatre was a special place for the bride who grew up preforming there as a little girl. This romantic, river-front location (along with the very compliant, and stunning weather) provided the perfect backdrop to a stunning Jewish ceremony and reception in front of their closest family and friends. David + Stacey were married under a beautiful hand-made Huppah that was accented with a fabulous florals by Wild Flowers, Inc.  Pink hued blooms filled the table tops with accents of navy and gold with specialty gold sequined runners.  A white birdcage with spilling flowers adorned David + Stacey's sweetheart table. Guests enjoyed signature cocktails by Squeeze named "The Sherfman" that was made up of vodka, grapefruit juice, simple syrup & bitters, and a "Southern Belle" made up of firefly vodka and lemonade. Their signature cocktail was named after their fun wedding social media hashtag, #Sherfman (a combination of both of their last names.) Delicious hors d'oeuvres were made and served by Salthouse catering, while guests mingled and enjoyed the DJ's selection of Sinatra-style music. David + Stacey danced the night away, including a very fun Horah (which was our favorite part of the evening!) The newly weds rode off in style in a Rolls Royce as the new Mr. & Mrs. Shiffman.

Middleton Place Wedding: Shelby + Nick

To say that Shelby + Nick's Middleton Place Wedding was a night to remember would be an understatement. As guests arrived at the venue, they were greeted with passed champagne to quench their thirst as they took a stroll through the beautiful gardens to arrive at the Octagonal Garden for the ceremony. The bridesmaids looked totally chic in mismatched black dresses and even the flower girl looked adorable in her custom-made black tutu dress and pearl necklace. As Shelby + her father began their walk down the aisle, Nick looked at his bride with awe and soon after, the couple said their "I Do's" in front of a historic tree with the shimmering lake in the backdrop. After their first kiss, the newlyweds were sent off by their guests waving pom-poms and were picked up by a horse-drawn carriage to finish taking pictures. Cocktail hour was held in the garden overlooking the Butterfly Lakes with a strings duo to set the mood. The bride + groom's signature cocktails, Southern Sweetness served in a mason jar and a Yankee Mule in a copper mug, were a hit and the couple joined cocktail hour just in time to have their first dance at sunset. At the end of their first dance, guests were surprised with a fireworks show over the lake to kick off dinner and the reception. Dinner was served in the Greensward under café lighting with beautiful red and black florals and candelabras with Ferrero Rocher place cards. After dinner, everyone got ready to dance the night away under the reception tent with black and white lounge, mini desserts, and a cigar roller! When the night was over, Shelby + Nick were sent off with a sparkler tunnel and were whisked away in a vintage white Rolls Royce.

Lowndes Grove Plantation Wedding: Jackie + Branson

You are in for a treat today! Jackie + Branson had a gorgeous Lowndes Grove Plantation Wedding with tons of pretty details! The couple met while attending law school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and later moved to Atlanta together after dating long distance. The bride loved the little details so for starters, there was a white top tent with blush draping and crystal chandeliers, of course! White and peach hued florals by Branch Design Studio, gold chivari chairs, glass chargers, and plenty of candlelight. For place cards, the guests found their seat by a mint colored macaroon with a gold sparkly flag noting the guests name, perfect after dinner sweet! A delicious dinner was served by Patrick Properties Hospitality Group along with a delicious cake gold brushed cake for dessert. Underneath the big Oak was the half moon bar, with the bride + groom's gold leaf monogram and a chandelier overhead, one of our favorite details of the big day! You can also find their monogram carried throughout the reception on their napkins, favors, menu's and more! After dinner, it was time to dance the night away with Quiana Parler and Friends and end the night with a sparkler departure! You can find this wedding recently featured in Southern Bride Magazine. Wingate Plantation Elopement: Lindsey + Brandon

We absolutely love styling a sweet intimate elopement for a bride + groom. For couples who love swooning over detailed photos, a styled elopement is the way to go! This gorgeous elopement for Lindsey + Brandon took place at Wingate Plantation in Johns Island, and it was all about the little details! The wonderful Aaron + Jillian photography captured all of the pretty of Lindsay getting ready, from her beautiful lace BHLDN dress to her maroon colored MRS.BOX. The day started out with a bit of rain, and Lindsey used this to her advantage by getting to take adorable photos in her bright red Hunter rainboots. After the first look, these two lovebirds said their vows underneath a sparkling chandelier hanging from an old oak tree. Once the ceremony was over, it was photo time! The bride + groom toasted their new marriage on a hot pink loveseat from 428 Main. They held a sign that said "Surprise" to send out to family + friends. The cake was all gold with a bright red bloom that complemented Lindsey's bouquet. After moving around the plantation for some picture perfect sunset photos, the bride + groom were ready to say goodbye. They finished the perfect day with some photos under a shower of gold confetti. We watched as the new Mr. & Mrs. headed off to enjoy their first meal together as husband and wife.  Congratulations to Lindsey + Brandon!

Folly Beach Wedding: Kelly + Bert

We could not have pictured a better way to end our busy fall season than with Kelly + Bert's perfect Folly Beach Wedding. This sweet couple rented out an enormous house right on the beach to house their family + friends for the weekend. The house also doubled as the perfect venue for their wedding! With high tide coming in right at 4PM, Kelly + Bert had an intimate standing ceremony on the porch of the house. The bridal party was able to have a long beautiful processional up the boardwalk, and Kelly had that sweet bridal moment that every bride wishes for. All eyes were on her as she walked the boardwalk with her dad and met Bert underneath the floral arbor that awaited her. Bert's father was able to officiate the wedding adding personal details and sweet remarks. The couple had written their own vows and the beautiful words brought tears to their loved ones. After the ceremony, the porch was transformed for cocktail hour! Guests were able to look out upon the beach while sipping on a cool beverage provided by Spike. After grabbing a plate of food, guests headed downstairs to the reception area. Kelly's vision of jewel tones came to life with plum napkins and over-spilling greenery. The tabletops were adorned with gold flatware and jewel toned votives. Kelly's cake was truly one of a kind, the purple ombre coat accented the reception space perfectly. This was such a fun crowd, and they danced in the sand till the night came to an end! Kelly + Bert could not have been more in love, and we wish them a lifetime of happiness!

Daniel Island Club Wedding: Jordan + Henry

It was the perfect July day for a Daniel Island Club wedding for Jordan and Henry! The sun was shining and there was a nice cool breeze coming off the marsh, we couldn't have asked for better July weather for these two! The couple said their "I Do's"  at The Church of the Holy Cross on Sullivan's Island. After the ceremony was over, guests headed over to the Daniel Island Club for cocktails, dinner, and dancing with stunning marsh views. The club had a romantic, garden design full of gorgeous flowers and chandeliers draped in greenery! The tablescapes were full of pink and ivory floral arrangements and  taper candles. Guests could rest their feet and enjoy their cocktails in a fun lounge area. Delicious meals were prepared with family recipes provided by the father of the bride. The couple was sent through a tunnel of sparklers into a vintage Rolls Royce and drove off into the night!

Lowndes Grove Plantation Wedding: Kiera + Brian

Kiera + Brian's Lowndes Grove Plantation wedding was an elegant day to remember! The day began with hair and makeup for Kiera and her bridesmaids in the Lowndes Grove Suite, while Brian and his groomsmen got ready at the French Quarter Inn. Both of these stunning locations made the perfect backdrop for getting ready photos. It's so special to capture the hours leading up to the ceremony! Kiera + Brian opted out of a first look and said "I do" at Saint Luke's Chapel. Kiera looked classic in a beautifully beaded Monique Lhuillier gown. As Kiera walked down the aisle to her handsome groom, she carried a spilling, textural bouquet of peach juliet garden roses, pink maria teresa garden roses, peach tree peonies, cafe au last dahlias, coral peach ranunculus, and more lush blooms. When Brian saw Kiera for the first time, he couldn't contain his excitement. The two said their vows with Brian's father as the officiant. As the newlyweds happily exited, guests made their way to Lowndes Grove Plantation for the reception! The tent was beautifully decorated with long ivory linened tables, mahogany chivari chairs, vintage China, majestic light blue napkins, and gorgeous pops of orange, coral pink, and pink ranunculus in thin clear glass bud vases. The cake was a beautiful shade of light blue with textured detail and vibrant pink maria teresa garden roses and majolica spray roses. The couple had specialty engraved cake forks that read "I do" and "Me too". Extra details we loved were the bride's custom Instagram signs with rose gold frames and place cards attached to vintage keys that doubled as bottle openers! Guests were treated to a plated dinner and a night of lively dancing to the sounds of Stephen Darby. Before the reception came to a close, Kiera + Brian departed under a sparkler archway into their vintage Rolls Royce getaway car. We adored this elegant, vintage design with shades of light blue and pops of vibrant blooms. Wishing this New York couple years of happiness to come!

Cottage on the Creek Wedding: Heather + Michael

Heather + Michael shared a stunning Cottage on the Creek Wedding on a beautiful day in September. Vibrant florals and personal details allowed the rustic ambiance of the Cottage to pop! Branch Design Studio made sure to reflect Heather's bubbly and bright personality in all of the florals. Eyes were drawn to her colorful bouquet filled with watermelon ripple garden roses, hot pink parrot tulips, coral ranunculus, and peach Juliet garden roses. Heather's father had officiated all of the weddings for his children, and Heather was no exception. They shared a sweet moment as he walked her down the aisle and began the ceremony. The bride + groom stood on a elegant handmade rug that was gifted to Heather by her best friend. The ceremony alter was softened by ivory fabric covering the shrimp boats, and tall galvanized buckets overflowing with coral spray roses, queen anne's lace, and coral ball dahlias. Once the couple said "I Do", guests enjoyed small bites and cold drinks overlooking Shem Creek. The bar was located underneath the stunning white gazebo which was adorned with a sparkling chandelier. After catching up with family and friends, guests moved inside to enjoy a plated dinner. The bright colors and arrangements on the tabletops were breathtaking. Long pieces of loose driftwood branches accompanied these florals on various tabletops. Heather placed a bag of Charleston shrimp and grit mix on each place setting for the guests to take home and enjoy a small piece of Charleston. After dinner, guests put on their dancing shoes and enjoyed the sunset overlooking Shem Creek. We loved working with Heather & Michael, and wish them everlasting happiness!

Creek Club at I'on Wedding: Sarah + Jason

So much love filled the room for Sarah + Jason's Creek Club at I'on Wedding, as family and friends flooded in from all over. Sarah looked stunning and Jason's face lit up as he saw her for the first time. The ceremony took place in front of the Oak tree on the lawn, and the bride + groom said their vows in front of a gorgeous water view. Guests were able to walk down the dock and mingle on the porch while enjoying their cocktails. Pops of ivory and blush florals adorned the Creek Club, softening the space into a wedding dream. A wicker lounge covered in pink and navy pillows made a statement for all eyes to enjoy! Sarah decked out the Creek Club with a plethora of personal touches including a large wood monogram to sit on top of the mantle. These newleyweds toasted the day with their cute Kate Spade champagne flutes that were labeled Mr. & Mrs. This elegant wedding could not have been more perfect for this adorable couple!
