If you know anything about me, I'm a food baby. Born and raised by a chef / restaurateur and there is no doubt you can tell I am by my palate and critique of both food and service.
I am a big critic when it comes to anything weddings, being in the industry and event managing since the age of 15, I get it. Trust me. I'm very in tune with who I prefer to work with and who I don't. I've been in Charleston to learn the best of the best. Obviously given my background, I'm into food.
I struggle with finding good caterers that have the level of cuisine and service I've personally come to expect. I give everyone a chance. Even the newbies. Thank goodness for that, or I wouldn't have found new caterer B. Gourmet Catering.
